BBC Audiobooks will be releasing a new original Tenth Doctor audio adventure later this year entitled The Rising Night. The audiobook is written by Scott Handcock, exclusively for the BBC and the actor or actress who will be narrating the story has not yet been announced. You can read the synopsis for the audio below:
The story of a brand new adventure for the Doctor, as played by David Tennant in the hit BBC One series. The TARDIS arrives in an 18th Century village in the Yorkshire Moors, where livestock has been vanishing from the farmland and strange lights have been seen in the skies. Something is very wrong here, and he soon becomes involved in a nightmarish adventure, in which he is helped by a young local woman named Charity. Who is feeding on the blood of the locals, and where will the carnage stop...?
The cover will be posted on this site as soon as it is available. The Rising Night is the fourth in a series of original audiobook adventures and will be released on the 2nd of July at the RRP of £9.99. Will you be buying The Rising Night?
