Credit Crunch Cutbacks?
The People.co.uk is today reporting that Doctor Who and many other BBC shows including Eastenders and Top Gear will face money cutbacks. These apparent cutbacks are are an effect of the Credit Crunch and will mean the that Doctor Who will not have the expensive computer generated scenes and special effects it usually has. Reportedly, the cutbacks also mean that the actors and actresses who work on Doctor Who will face a cut in their pay. You can read the full report by clicking here but be aware that the BBC have not confirmed this, meaning that it may or may not be true.

I hope this isnt true. Nice icon by the way.
i know. The special effects on this show arent blockbuster film grade but they are still great and give the stories limitles scale and potential eg. the cyberking, the beast, the ood sphere and i dont think it'd be as esciting if they had to strip down the amazing visuals
