The nominations for the 2009 British Fantasy Awards have now been revealed and show that Doctor Who has been nominated for an award. The award that Doctor Who has been nominated for is the 'Best Television award' which Supernatural, Battlestar Galactica, Dexter and Dead Set have also been nominated for. Doctor Who: The Writers Tale, a book written by Russell T Davies and Benjamin Cook, has been nominated for the 'Best Non-Fiction' award and will face competition from Basil Copper: A Life in Books, journal.neilgaiman.com, Mutant Popcorn and What Is It We Do When We Read Science Fiction.
