Radio Times Children of Earth Preview

We have now been sent the cover and details for the latest issue of Radio Times magazine which was released nationwide today. This issue features an exclusive preview of Torchwood: Children of Earth which includes interviews with lead writer Russell T Davies, executive producer Julie Gardner, John Barrowman who stars as Captain Jack Harkness, Eve Myles who stars as Gwen Cooper and Gareth David-Lloyd who stars as Ianto Jones. This issue of the magazine also features a special cover which folds out to show an exclusive photo shoot with the cast of Torchwood: Children of Earth. "Part of us thought, 'we could do another 13 episodes, we've learnt how to do that, and the second series was better than the first'. But why not change it? If the show was made in the US, they'd try to keep it going for seven years, doing the same thing every week. It's the British audience we make these for. And I don't think audiences are remotely lost by a change in format.
