Earlier tonight, the first episode of Torchwood: Children of Earth was broadcast across the United Kingdom on BBC One and on the BBC HD channel. A next time trailer for the second episode of the series followed episode one's broadcast and the BBC have now released a new trailer for the same episode. This episode is exactly what science fiction should be, but on most occasions is not. It was not only entertaining and fast paced, but original and mesmorizing as well. It seems as though Torchwood has finally found it's feet in the Whoniverse. It's good to see a series running like a cheetah through that jungle of mindless drivel and pap that we normally refer to as primetime television, And I for one am now officially glued to the box with baited breath for the first time since NuWho.
