The BBC have now updated their official Doctor Who website with the first picture of the new Doctor Who logo, an image which will represent Doctor Who throughout it's fifth series and beyond. Since 1963, there have been ten different Doctor Who logos, each appearing in the show's title sequence and on Doctor Who merchandise. The new logo can be seen below:
The BBC yesterday stated that the new Doctor Who logo would be "“an emblem of excitement, humour, scary monsters, brave companions and the Doctor!” and “stylish, fresh, distinctive and bold”. A video that the BBC released, featuring every Doctor Who logo since the show began, can be seen by clicking here, on the official Doctor Who website. What do you think of the new Doctor Who logo?
