Doctor Who: The Complete Specials Box Set

2Entertain have revealed the cover and details for their upcoming DVD and Blu-Ray release of the Doctor Who specials which were broadcast between Christmas Day 2008 and New Year's Day 2010. The box set, entitled Doctor Who: The Complete Specials, consists of five discs featuring the episodes; The Next Doctor, Planet of the Dead, The Waters of Mars and The End of Time part one and part two. The box set will also include the Doctor Who Confidential episodes that accompanied the broadcasts of the episodes featured on the discs, along with deleted scenes, David Tennant's video diary, commentaries, a video of Doctor Who's appearance at ComicCon 2009, and BBC One's Christmas idents. The box set is set to be released across the United Kingdom and Ireland next Monday, the eleventh of January, being sold at a reccomended retail price of £39.99.
