The names of two writers who will be writing for the fourth series of The Sarah Jane Adventures have been revealed. The show's co-creator, Gareth Roberts, who has previously written Invasion of the Bane, Revenge of the Slitheen, Whatever Happened to Sarah Jane?, Secrets of the Stars, The Temptation of Sarah Jane Smith, and The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith, will be writing a story consisting of two episodes, and an hour-long special, his agency has confirmed. Writer of series two story, The Mark of the Beserker, and the series three story, The Mad Woman in the Attic, will also be returning to the series, writing another new story consisting of two episodes. It is not yet known if Elisabeth Sladen, Anjili Mohindra, Thomas Knight, and Daniel Anthony will be reprising their roles for the series which is expected to be aired on BBC One and on the BBC HD channel at some point towards the end of the year, but news regarding it can be expected to be seen here shortly.
