Doctor Who Video Game Being Developed?

According to an article published on the MCV website, the BBC are planning to enter the video game industry, with Doctor Who among the many titles the company plans to release. Reportedly, the British Broadcasting Company will be working alongside game makers to produce games about Doctor Who and other shows such as Top Gear for Nintendo DS, Nintendo Wii, iPhone, and the Internet. A Doctor Who video game based around the popular Top Trumps card game was released for Windows computers, Playstation 2, and Nintendo DS in May 2008, and later for Nintendo Wii in December 2008, but no games have been released until now.
