BARB recently revealed the overnight ratings for the third series of Torchwood which was broadcast across the United Kingdom this week. The overnight ratings are not completely accurate and correct ratings will be released by BARB soon. The ratings that each episode of the new series achieved when broadcast on BBC One can be read here, on The Gallifrey Vortex, below:
- Day One - 5.9 Million
- Day Two - 5.6 Million
- Day Three - 5.9 Million
- Day Four - 6.2 Million
- Day Five - 5.8 Million
These ratings are yet to be finalised and the official ratings for all five episodes of Children of Earth will be posted here as soon as they are made available. What do you think of these overnight ratings for Torchwood: Children of Earth?

i think the ratings are good, day four was definatly the best so i can understand how it got those ratings, compared to the others
im not happy with these results. i was expectting them to be as good as doctor who! (9.10 million n like that)
Day Four has more views than any other episode!? God, how many people turned to BBC ONE at 9pm by accident then changed channels? :)
