Issue sixteen of The Doctor Who DVD Files was released across the United Kingdom and Ireland today. This fortnight's issue comes with the Doctor Who series three episodes; Gridlock and Daleks in Manhattan, on DVD, and includes guides for both episodes. The magazine also takes a look at Romana, Dalek Sec, Jackie Tyler, New Earth transport, the Macra, and includes an exclusive behind the scenes interview with Helen Raynor, writer of Daleks in Manhattan, Evolution of the Daleks, The Sontaran Stratagem and The Poison Sky.
